Although/Section 347 of

the United Kingdom Act (which corres-

ponds to Section 322 of the Ordinance)

providing than every company incorporated

outside Great Britain and carrying on

is not the practice of the Registrar

to require the filing of a balance

sheet by a company which, if incorporat-

ed in Great Britain, would be regarded

as a private comapny.
